Scenario rejected, scenario is running

Hi there.

I saw exactly the same issue in other past posts, but none of them teach us HOW TO STOP an endless running scenario. All related topics refers to repeater modules, but is not my case, in fact, I have simple modules.

some context:

the scenario is intended to find a specific-subject mail in my inbox, extract the Id of the google sheet attached, find an specific tab, extract the data and fill in another google sheet, then filter the data and send both a mail and a slack message to my coworkers to take action regarding this matter.

As of today, the scenario is not working, every time that I try to run it, it never conclude and (obviously) is unable to run at any time.

it was working PER-FEC-TLY until yesterday

Actions taken:

  • I’ve saved the scenario BEFORE running it (i saw this recommendation in other post)
  • I’ve logged out and log in (more than one time) hoping that the “endless running” stop by itself
  • I’ve disconnected the internet connection from my ISP , reconnect again and when log in again, the endless running is still alive

it seems to be that the error is occurring in the make servers? why a request to STOP is not taken inmediately by the servers?

why the servers didn’t realize that the connection is lost? or the user had logged out?

This behavior is annoying, because there is NOTHING that the user can do to stop the endless running, just wait and waste time

I want to clarify in advance that I am not allowed to share the scenario’s json because it is a corporate account, and in fact if you check the actions taken (like disconnect the whole internet) don’t affect the issue and the server still work assuming that I am still connected
