We’ve received lots of emails this morning about our scenario failing with a ETIMEDOUT error when trying to connect to SalesForce. The status pages of SalesForce and make.com don’t show any issues. How do we try and reauthenticate the SalesForce connection? I’m concerned if I reauthenticate or resetup the connection I’ll have to remap about 100 fields which i really don’t want to do.
Any help or advice greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the community. Please do not worry about remapping values, that is not a probable consequence of any error with a connection.
What you can do to verify or re-authenticate the connection, is to head over to connections in the left side menu and then look for the SalesForce connection to reauthorize or verify.
However, ETIMEDOUT is not necessarily an issue with the authentication itself, it could very well be a delay in response from the SalesForce server. I would advise to use ‘verify’ first to see if the connection itself is OK.
