Salesforce connection issues

Did anyone else notice that their Salesforce new confections were not keeping active and had to be reconnected every 3-4 uses?

I had this happen and reported it to helpdesk who said the help field was out of date and needed to be updated, and they would get back to me. I haven’t seen a help file update and never got anything back from helpdesk so not sure if it is fixed?

Have you tried using the advanced connection if it has the same issue?

Also, if the issue still persists, please reach out to their support team so that they can be able to check what might have caused it.
