We are experiencing huge problems with outages today. And yet the outage page says “hey no problem”. very hard to believe.
I am also having issues
What servers are you on?

Hello @darkfinger @Sam_Krausz
Thank you very much for raising this in the community
I just want to confirm that were experiencing some issues yesterday. The situation is now stabilized but we keep closely monitoring it. Unfortunately, scenarios that have been disabled need to be manually turned on for now.
We recommend checking your scenarios using Data Stores to make sure they continue running according to your expectations (to make sure the ones that were on remain on).
You can see our status page for more information.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.
Thank you very much for your understanding
I was getting hundreds of timeouts. There was no information on the make status page. I had to mail support and after a few hours someone got back to me with a vague response about issues. Our scenarios across the board were not running. Worse, some of them were stopped with ZERO notification of this happening. The timeouts appeared to get better after a couple of hours and the recognition from support, but I hadn’t been informed the scenarios were stopped and only noticed later. I had to check all of them (over 100).
I’ve had a couple of useless responses from support along the lines of “sorry, yes we had a problem, it’s fixed now, see you later”. I see they updated the status page to show 2hours + downtime (I’m using us1).
Unfortunately the issue is not completely fixed and I’m still getting emails about errors in a few scenarios, but there is no information about what the errors are (ie no “timeout” message) and going to the scenario shows no errors.
All in all I remain hugely disappointed with the Make platform. It feels like a toy and is not possible for anything important let alone running enterprise mission critical applications.
Dave
I completely understand your frustration, as I’ve been experiencing a similar issue, I received webhooks that contained very important information from another application, but they were not picked up by Make. This has caused a significant disruption for me, as these webhooks are crucial for my operations, and the lack of reliable and consistent performance is leading to financial losses.
I don’t know if my issue is the same as yours, as you have timeout issues and my issue is more focused on the webhooks (even though I got four timeout issues yesterday), but the displeasure is the same.
It’s incredibly disappointing and worrying that such issues can occur, especially when we rely on this platform for critical business processes. I hope Make can address these problems more transparently and provide a more robust and reliable service moving forward.
It is still ongoing and still nothing on the status page. us1.make. Look and the graph yet no issues?
It appears that US1 is under heavy load – 20k is a 20-second response time; perhaps it is time for a second US server to be created soon so that US customers don’t experience any further service degradations and scenario outages.

Yes, same here. After numerous assurances that the issues were behind us I awoke this morning to find an array of timeouts and failures. More limited than the disaster that was yesterday but no notification from their status SMS and the status page is at best misleading.
Same here. Been having timeout issues all afternoon NZ time. Heaps of dropped webhook events. The status page is making out like nothing happened today even though twice in the space of a couple hours it was switching back and forth between outage warnings and everything is fine.
One workaround would be to create a new organization in the EU zone, then move (export/import) your scenarios over.
However you will need to set up all your connections and webhooks again, but you only need to do this once.

Hello everyone @here
We sincerely apologize for the disruptions you’ve been experiencing and for the frustration caused.
To clarify, the issues from a couple of days ago were related to data stores, and these have been resolved. If you’re still encountering issues, please open a ticket with us. Our support team is equipped with the right tools and processes to thoroughly investigate and assist you.
Thank you so much for your collaboration, understanding, and patience.
I am often experiencing delays with the US1 servers webhooks, and VERY slow processing times.
is there a plan to fix this?
