Is there any more users expierencing problems on webhooks triggering?
Since last 2/3 weeks our webhooks based scenarios are not triggering real time. Sometimes take minutes or hourse to be triggered and if not we need to play them manually.
Please comment if you are having this same issue.
by the moment not any positive feedback from Support. Just to replace the webhook for a new one, but still same problem when replacing it.
Supposedly fixed, but we have several scenarios where the problem still exists and only manual processing of the webhooks is possible. Problem exists since this morning.
Copying the scenarios doesn’t help either; the only thing that works is setting up a new webhook, which isn’t a viable solution. What’s also frustrating is that the status page still indicates the issue as resolved, making it unclear whether it’s still being worked on. The status page should continue to reflect the error.
