Scenario Stopped Working and UI Slowed

:bullseye: What is your goal?

My Goal is to have a working Scenario. Everything was working fine yesterday. Today, I get a Gateway Timeout.

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

Getting a Gateway timeout on my Scenario, I can’t deactivate the scenario anymore it just loops and load forever, the UI is SOOOOOO SLOW, nothing is working and it’s massively impacting my company

:clipboard: Error messages or input/output bundles

Gateway timeouScenario was deactivated by Make Scenario has encountered an error while being initialized. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: Cannot initialize the scenario because of the reason ‘Connection provider ‘openai-gpt-3’ not found.’.

Hey there @Philippe_Plourde :waving_hand:

We apologize for the frustration caused by this issue. We were dealing with an increased number of failing scenario executions on the us2.make.com zone.
As a side effect, scheduled executions have been delayed by approximately 10 minutes.

Our developers were able to identify the issue and implement a temporary fix, while still investigating and monitoring the situation.

Feel free to monitor our Status page with the latest information.

We appreciate your patience and understanding :folded_hands:

Hi Vendy! In my case, is ain’t a schedule execution. It’s a webhook that receives a JSON payload.

So I’m not sure about how I should interpret your 10 minutes delay

Hey there @Philippe_Plourde

Unfortunately, due to the incident, webhook queries were also affected in terms of getting stuck and not being processed, which is why you experienced the delay.

Our Engineers were able to identify the issue, deploy a fix, and everything should be up and running as of now.

Thank you for your patience :folded_hands:
