Scenarios suddenly getting error after months of working

I have a simple scenario that is passed a few fields then creates a POST into Facebook and another into Instagram. This has worked for Months but has suddenly started to fail with error Error Media ID is not available (9007, OAuthException)

How do I troubleshoot this - it’s my first scenario and first error I’ve had.

Not yet, it’s an issue with Meta API and we are waiting on them for a resolution.
