Schedule posting to Facebook / IG / LinkedIn at a specific time

Hello! I’m trying to schedule my content from Airtable to be posted on 4 channels (1 Facebook page, 2 LinkedIn pages, 1 Instagram page) everyday at 10am

All the posts (caption + images) are already stored in airtable and tagged with the posting date

I have also created a scenario (attached below) that is working perfectly if I manually trigger it

But if I set the trigger to everyday 10am, it only posts to 1 channel and the other 3 pieces of content goes into queue

Any recommendations of what I can do please?

Hey there,

Watch Responses is usually an instant acid trigger (meaning it fires instantly when a new event arrives) and it is not the best choice for time based triggers. It would be better if you swapped it to a List or a Search module instead that will only return the items that are due for today.

Yes you are right, I have swapped the triggers and just used a search module with formula + scheduled at 10am daily and it worked :grin:
