What is your goal?
when a new message is sent in the particular group it should trigger the make.com scenario with message data as input
What is the problem & what have you tried?
I have searched for this in youtube, google and different modules in make.com but i could’nt make it. I do’nt if it is possible or not. If not can anyone suggest best method to scrape message in group outside of make.com and then the result is integrated to make(scenarios) for further futher data process.
Welcome to the Make community!
To do this, you can try using the 2Chat “Watch Received WhatsApp Group Message” module —
Triggers when a new WhatsApp Group Message is received on the configured group.
For more information about the “Watch Received WhatsApp Group Message” module and the 2Chat app, see the corresponding Integrations page and the Help Centre documentation.

Hello @samliew thank you for your information can please suggest anyother website with free of cost or minimal cost because my usage per day is only 2-3 messages (received) or some time 0. so, on an average per month upto 100 messsages only.
You can also try green-api.
It’s not free, but it’s very affordable.

Hey @Sangeetha_Subhash — you can also check out WhatsScale on Make.com. It supports watching messages from WhatsApp groups (and individual chats) as triggers for your scenarios.
The big difference vs the other options mentioned: WhatsScale is self-hosted, so you connect your own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code like WhatsApp Web. No Meta Business verification needed.
For your volume (2-3 messages/day), the cost would be very minimal compared to per-message pricing from other providers. We are currently in beta and completely free to use
Happy to help if you have setup questions!
