In your case, you can trigger your automation based on the PO status and then create the other objects in sequence.
If you sell physical products, you can run a process to check for product availability. Before you deliver a Quote to clients, I would recommend keeping human eyes on this because this is the point where salespeople do their best and adjust quotes, giving the sense of customer care.
If you are in the service business, the process can be easier and adjusted based on your selling policy.
