Looking for a Make.com Expert for PDF Processing & Automated Distribution

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for someone who can build an automated workflow in Make.com that does the following:
1. When a PDF is uploaded to Google Drive, it should be automatically analyzed and summarized into 5 different key topics.
2. The generated extracts should then be sent via WhatsApp and email to approximately 30 contacts (about 6 contacts per topic).
3. The contact list, including phone numbers and emails, will be stored in Google Sheets or Airtable.

If you have experience setting up similar workflows, integrating AI-based text analysis, and automating communication through WhatsApp and email, I’d love to discuss this project with you!

The scenario you have described can be achieved. To send Whatsapp messages via Make, you will need to have a Whatsapp Business Cloud and Facebook Business accounts. You can find more information about that here - https://www.make.com/en/help/app/whatsapp-business-cloud. There are alternatives if you don’t with obvious additional costs for using alternative services.

I’ve set up similar workflows using Make.com, integrating AI-based text analysis and automated communication across multiple platforms. Trigger – Monitoring Google Drive for new PDFs. AI Processing – Extracting key topics (OpenAI, GPT, or another NLP model). Data Handling – Structuring the extracted insights in Google Sheets/Airtable. Automated Messaging – Sending topic-specific extracts via WhatsApp (using Twilio or WhatsApp Cloud API) and email (Gmail/SendGrid).
Timeframe depends on the AI model complexity and WhatsApp API approval (if needed). I’d estimate 3–5 days for a robust setup.
