Seller Central - This application has reached the OAuthorisation usage limit Additional access permissions can't be added

Hey guys,
I’m trying to authorize a seller central connection however I get this error each time I try:

This application has reached the OAuthorisation usage limit
Additional access permissions can’t be added. Contact the developer for support.

This is my first attempt to connect to that seller account so I’m not really sure what is going on there.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The developer has shared that with more than 25 users, which exceeds the 25 OAuth connection limit imposed by Amazon.

The developer of the integration that you are using needs to publish the app so that more users like you can use the app.

yeah that’s native Make integration, are you suggesting I should get in touch with Make support?

In that case, yes, you should contact support.

Quick update, I just heard from Make support and they are aware of the issue and working on it.

We are aware of this issue and being checked currently.

We have now submitted our Make app to be listed on Amazon Partner Marketplace and we are awaiting feedback from them. This issue will be resolved then but we will keep you updated on the progress.
