Looking at pushing the conversation from Tawk to Slack into a specific thread and reply, versus having to log into Tawk to reply to messages.
Any suggestions?

While configuring Create a Message please enable ‘Show advanced settings’ and input ‘Thread message ID’ to make the new message a reply for existing message.
