So I want to reply to a specific slack message using make.com . I am using the search for message step, all working fine. But is it possible to comment on the message that was found in this step?
I can only find sending a new message or updating a message, but I would like to just start a thread under this message…
Hi @Benmake , you can use the “Create a Message” module for Slack. Click on the “Show Advanced Settings” at the bottom of the window when configuring.
Once you do that, you’ll see a field called Thread message ID (time stamp) where you can put the timestamp you get from the root message of the thread you want to reply to.
