I have a scenario where I am using the Incoming webhook from SMS8. The problem is that we are trying to find the ID contact in HubSpot, but it’s not matching because the ID is producing an error 404. We have deleted the contact and re-added it, which is what I think the issue may be. But we found that because the phone number doesn’t have spaces coming in from SMS8, but it does in HubSpot, the ID does not match. It’s not identifying the contact in HubSpot. What would be the workaround for this?

the Parse a Phone Number module can check it and reformat it in several different ways. Try it and see if any of them match the one you have in HubSpot.
