My SocialBee connections keep on failing to connect and being kicked off after a few hours and I can’t figure out what the issue is.
It worked fine until yesterday when I replaced LinkedIn with TikTok under social categories. Although, I can’t see how this could possibly have been the cause.
Now I have to re-add the SocialBee connection every time after receiving error emails and then it is fine for a little while but it again kicks off within four or six hours (the spacing out of my workflows).
Error message in the screenshot: “[401] Awkwaaard… something went wrong. Please try again.”
I have six workflows on Make using the SocialBee modules and it is happening on all of them.
I deleted all the redundant SocialBee connections and verified the remaining ones.
I’ve reached out to the SocialBee team that doesn’t seem to know what the issue is and I’ve not heard anything yet from the Make team after opening a ticket on the platform.
Are there any further troubleshooting steps somebody can recommend please?
This is severely disrupting my business’ social media scheduling and I don’t have time to manually re-add the connection 24 times a day!
