I want to transfer a tracking number from Excel to Shopify

The problem is that, unfortunately, none of the OneDrive and Excel tools can find the Excel file, or rather, I can’t select it in Make. But i see it in my OneDrive folder and it is connected

Hi Marius,

Since the OneDrive connection is working and the file is visible in OneDrive, I would first check the file picker scope rather than the Shopify step.

A couple of things worth trying:

  1. Re-select the OneDrive connection inside the Excel module and browse to the exact folder again.
  2. Confirm the file is in the same OneDrive account or tenant used by the Make connection, especially if it is a shared or business folder.
  3. As a workaround, use a OneDrive module to retrieve the file by path or file ID first, then pass that file into the Excel module instead of relying on the selector.
  4. Test with a simple workbook in the root OneDrive folder to determine whether the issue is the file or the folder picker.

If the root-folder test also shows no data, reconnecting the OneDrive account and checking the folder permissions would be my next step.
