Survey 123 xml and linking Smartsheets

I want to start off with i am very new to automation and using this tool. I have spent the better part of two days watching youtube and trying to figure this out on my own, but so far no luck.

I have been asked by work to use an existing survey123 and automate it to create a few functions. The survey was created before me in XML.

My current Goal is to take some data from the survey and link it to a smartsheet to create a master contact list. For the most part i am able to populate a Smartsheet with data that is entered into the survey via text boxes. However data that is selected from a dropdown box (select_one) is populating in the smart sheet as the choice name and not the label.

like i said i am new to survey123 and make.com, so any advice would be appreciated.

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to replicate the issue. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.
