Sync Pipedrive DoTos with Apple Reminders

I am looking for a Make.com expert who can realize the following for me:

I work with Apple (primarily with the MacBook, but also iPhone and iPad). And I work with Pipedrive (web-based on the MacBook, app on iPhone and iPad).

I would like to automatically creeate a reminder on my Apple platform (presumably via iCloud?) when I create a task (Activity > Task) in Pipedrive.
Important:

  1. reminders that I have created on the Apple platform must not be synchronized to Pipedrive.
  2. it is only about Pipedive tasks, not about other Pipedrive activities like meetings.

Specifically: I would like every time …
… when I create a task in Pipedrive, I want a corresponding reminder to be created in Apple
… when I change subject, date, priority, note or completion in Pipedrive, the corresponding iCloud reminder should be updated
… if I change the subject, date, priority, note or completion in iCloud, the corresponding Pipedrive task will be updated
… if I delete a task in Pipedrive, the corresponding reminder in Apple should be deleted.
… when I delete a task in Apple, the corresponding reminder in Pipedrive should be deleted.

Reason: Apple Reminders (or the app GoodTask, which is based on Apple Reminders) is my ToDo Apo. I don’t want to have to keep track of a second to-do list in Pipedrive. All Pipedrive tasks need to appear in my single ToDo list, namely Apple Reminders.

My system

  • MacBook Air M1, iPhone 15 pro Max, iPad Pro M1
  • GoodTask, a GUI for Reminder
  • PipeDrive account (I think: Advanced; Automation deactivated)
  • Free Make Account
  • M365 Account

Country: Germany

I am using my system in a professional context and need to obey to German and EU data security laws.

Hi Til,

I have worked extensively with Make and would be happy to take this on.

Your use case is clear, and it is possible to build a reliable automation flow within your data privacy requirements.
Happy to discuss your setup further and provide a clean implementation.

Dear @Til_Roquette,

Thanks for your post. Your setup sounds both smart and specific—just the kind of challenge we enjoy solving.

We are experienced Make.com automation builder, and we’ve worked with advanced two-way syncs between CRMs like Pipedrive and external platforms via APIs . I’m confident we can help you build a reliable, workflow that mirrors tasks between Pipedrive and your Apple Reminders , exactly as you’ve described—no duplication, no manual updates, and fully automated on both ends.

We’ve handled similar logic: change detection, syncing fields like notes and priority, deletion handling, and preventing unwanted loops.

If you’re still looking for the right person, I’d be happy to schedule a quick call to understand your exact flow and suggest a structured, step-by-step solution. Let me know if that sounds good.

Best regards,
Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal
