I am looking for a Make.com expert who can realize the following for me:
I work with Apple (primarily with the MacBook, but also iPhone and iPad). And I work with Pipedrive (web-based on the MacBook, app on iPhone and iPad).
I would like to automatically creeate a reminder on my Apple platform (presumably via iCloud?) when I create a task (Activity > Task) in Pipedrive.
Important:
- reminders that I have created on the Apple platform must not be synchronized to Pipedrive.
- it is only about Pipedive tasks, not about other Pipedrive activities like meetings.
Specifically: I would like every time …
… when I create a task in Pipedrive, I want a corresponding reminder to be created in Apple
… when I change subject, date, priority, note or completion in Pipedrive, the corresponding iCloud reminder should be updated
… if I change the subject, date, priority, note or completion in iCloud, the corresponding Pipedrive task will be updated
… if I delete a task in Pipedrive, the corresponding reminder in Apple should be deleted.
… when I delete a task in Apple, the corresponding reminder in Pipedrive should be deleted.
Reason: Apple Reminders (or the app GoodTask, which is based on Apple Reminders) is my ToDo Apo. I don’t want to have to keep track of a second to-do list in Pipedrive. All Pipedrive tasks need to appear in my single ToDo list, namely Apple Reminders.
My system
- MacBook Air M1, iPhone 15 pro Max, iPad Pro M1
- GoodTask, a GUI for Reminder
- PipeDrive account (I think: Advanced; Automation deactivated)
- Free Make Account
- M365 Account
Country: Germany
I am using my system in a professional context and need to obey to German and EU data security laws.
