Szenario ist crashing after couple of days due to Google Drive and Notion authorization

I build a scenario (see picture). This Scenario worked really well for weeks now.

But since couple of day I have two problems:

1. “Google Drive” kicks me out (see pic). I tried to verify and re-authorize Google Drive in the Connection Menu, but this does not work. Still the same error.
   
   

So I have to create a new Connection and go through the authorization process again (same ID and Key from Google Console). Then it works again for a couple of days.

2. When I create a new Google Connection my Notion Module (Create a Database Item) does not work (see pic). Suddenly It can’t find my database. So I have to create a new module (Create a Database Item) with the same Database ID. Then it can find the Database (with the new module, not the old one).

It cost me a bit of time to reconnect the new modules with the scenario. This is really cumbersome.

The whole ting is super weird and don’t know what to do. Any ideas?

P.S. Also does someone know how to process the old data in the que (webhook) automatically. There is a bit of a que. Right know I have to click on “Run once” and “use existing data” to process the old data. Also quite cumbersome. Thanks in adavan.

You might need to set your OAuth application to “Production”, otherwise the credentials expire very frequently.

1. To do this, go to menu item “OAuth consent screen”

or click here https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials/consent

2. Then click the button below if the Publishing status is not “In production”
