I want to generate a QRCode for customers, based on 3 product purchases. To achieve this, I added 3 tags, “starter”, “evolution” and “Master”. Whenever I purchase this products, I have a workflow in Flow, which also watching order based on tags, and I’m tagging these customer accourdingly.
Since i don’t have API access, I have created a Scenario, which is also “Watching orders” over Shopify, which also I need to do some filtering to achieve different results.
It turns out my scenario is detecting the orders, but the this first module, which as no specific criteria, the bundles have almost all information about the order, but the “tags” is coming empty!
So, on one hand, in Shopify the tags seem properly working since I manage to tag my customer after the purchase, but also the Scenario start seems OK, because the bundles are coming in, but for some reason “tags” is empty.
I can’t figure out whats going on.
Any thoughts?
