How can I achieve this? I want to make telegram bot for my employees that they can ask questions and the bot searches the data from sheets to provide correct info. If its possible to also give the bot access to manage and create on workspace. I am trying to create this so if my sales team gets sale they just send all the info to a bot and then from other teams they can just ask the bot about the sale and it provides correct info so my employees dont have to wait answers from others and dont lose time. It should also have some insturctions to NOT provide classfied data. I just started and created the telegram - openAI - telegram flow. Thanks

You’ve got two needs in your request; sending/saving and retrieving information. Therefore your incoming request handler should process the request via say OpenAI to convert into a function call.
Then using the function call, you take the needed branch route, get or set data, within your singular Make scenario.
What’s your experience with using the OpenAI modules and function based results?
0 experience with all this stuff, ready to learn and implement though. I have bought some credits to OpenAI and played around a bit but the stuff you are talking about no clue.
You might find it beneficial to take the training courses on Make. This is definitely possible on Make but it is quite involved and requires some advance knowledge.
Other option is to maybe hire a professional that can take on this project.
