Telegram image quality goes to low quality upon upload

I have a scenario set up to watch for Telegram updates. Then I add an image to my chat from my iphone. It then downloads the image fine and sends it back to the chat. It does all of that, however the image becomes a small size and very unclear. I even tried to email it to myself instead of sending back in Telegram and same result.

I looked at past problems on this help site and it said to make sure to choose the correct file ID. I got 2 file IDs it looks like and I tried both and both give the same result. I saw a post that you may get 4 photo images but I do not see that.

See attachments. Does anyone know what I am missing ? or why the image becomes tiny, like 70x 60 px.

thanks, one of the solutions worked. It also worked when I just put a 4 in the File ID (Photo[4]:File ID

By the way I did look at past questions on this and found 2 but neither of them helped so I posted here. I didnt see this one. thank you.
