Time Mismatch When Scheduling Zoom Meetings

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with scheduling Zoom meetings, where the time passed in the input is not matching the time output from Zoom.

Details:

• I’m using automation to trigger the Zoom meeting creation.

• The meeting time is set in “Asia/Jakarta” timezone and in 24-hour format (14 September 2024 at 18:00).

• However, when the Zoom meeting is created, the output time is incorrect — for example, the scheduled time becomes 11:00 instead of 18:00 in the same timezone (“Asia/Jakarta”).

I’ve verified that the input time and timezone are correct.
I’ve tried double-checked the input values for date and time in Botpress. Everything appears to be correct there.
I checked the time zone settings in my Make.com scenario, which are set to “Asia/Jakarta” as well.
I looked at Zoom’s API documentation to ensure the format and timezone are being passed correctly.

  • Has anyone else encountered this type of issue where Zoom outputs a different time from the input sent via Make.com?

  • Could this be a timezone conversion issue between Make.com and Zoom, or is it likely something with the Zoom API?
