Hi Everyone,
I have a Squarespace account that I’m trying to connect with Brevo for email marketing. When someone signs up to my email list, I want to navigate to a Google Sheet, then connect to Brevo to send a Welcome email.
I’m having a lot of difficulty doing this, here are the hurdles since setting up the connections:
– I can only find an instance with Squarespace to ‘Watch Transactions’, and the trigger type is ‘Order Created’.
– I have no idea about the format of the Google sheet. Squarespace only allows the user to input their email, no other information. I set ‘Value A’ as ‘Customer Email’, but I think based on my point above, this is only for transactions?
– After connecting my Brevo account, it asks for:
‘Email address of the user. Mandatory if SMS field is not passed in Attributes’
Wouldn’t this be different for every use case? Not sure what to input here.
After trying to add two of my personal emails, the automation isn’t working.
If anyone has any pointers or something stands out here to what I’m doing (woefully lol) wrong, please let me know.
