I have connected Squarespace to klaviyo using Make to watch orders. But when a person places an order, the address information is not being relayed from squarespace for some reason.
Nothing wrong with your automation.
The API is not giving the address info.
Are you using the API that will give the address also?
@itsmeayyub This is what it says when I make a connection. How else do I give it access to the API for addresses?
Few things:
1 - There are multiple API end points, the one you’re using might not have an address.
2 - if you’re using correct API endpoint, create 3 orders with address and check it again if it gets address or not

According to Squarespace API at Retrieve all orders — Squarespace Developers, the billing and shipping addresses should be returned.
You might be experiencing a bug since the fields are empty.

@samliew It has been week since I contacted support, no response till now. I am really stuck with this and no way to find a solution.
The checkout page on the website is a stripe integration, so is it possible that the data is going to stripe and not coming into squarespace and that’s why it is not being shown here?
