I am totally new here and hoping to find a solution… I run a small business based in England. I’m currently using a Royal Mail personal account for shipping and Squarespace as my eCommerce platform. My orders are less than 20 parcels a month using tracked services.
I’m looking to automate my order processing workflow to save time and avoid manual data entry. Specifically, I’d like to:
Automatically pull order details (e.g., customer name, address, and order items) from Squarespace.
Send this data to Royal Mail Click & Drop for label generation (with tracked services).
Automate as much of the process as possible, including label printing and possibly syncing shipping payments.
Since I’m using a personal Royal Mail account, I understand there might be API limitations, but I’d like to know if there’s a way to achieve this integration using Make.
Could anyone guide me with:
Setting up the required modules or HTTP requests for Royal Mail Click & Drop?
Handling payment automation, considering the lack of auto top-up for personal accounts?
Any workarounds or best practices for integrating these systems effectively?
I’d greatly appreciate any advice, templates, or workflow examples to help me get started. Thank you in advance for your support!
