Turning the individual parts of say, a google doc, into columns in a spreadsheet

Hi there,

Hoping you can help. I’m testing a concept out now as part of my learning. Basically I would like a block of text with consistent headings to populate a spreadsheet with each piece of content in its own column on the row. This could be from a Google doc - but eventually I want it to be from an openai response - I’m not sure it matters at this stage?

Basically, I would like to turn something like this:

Is this possible? or should I be looking at another way to do it?

It should be possible, but are you reusing the same spreadsheet or creating a new spreadsheet for each google document?

If you are reusing the same spreadsheet, but adding new rows, are you able to ensure the headers (labels) will always be the same?
