This is an invaluable agent for business owners with location-based businesses or anyone managing a Google My Business profile for an owner. The agent replies to reviews, adds reviews to Google Sheets / CRM, posts testimonials to a Facebook Page and emails the owner / management in case of poor but actionable reviews.

My question would be: Why do you use the AI Agent instead of setting up one scenario? It didn’t sound like the “add a google sheet row” is necessarily something that should only happen sometimes when the AI decides it’s a smart move?
It can be done in one whole scenario but that would be a VERY complicated scenario. And in case of errors in any module, the whole thing might break. With the AI Agent, if there is an issue with one tool/ scenario, the other scenarios would run just fine. So the Agent design is much more efficient imo.
