Has anyone used 2 separate database platforms within a single scenario?
Is it possible to use Airtable and for backup use Google Sheets.
Or if Airtable burps and causes an error, can the process continue to Sheets?
You can definitely do this. Instead of using google sheet and airtable I try to keep everything on one base.
You can just use filters and error handling in your scenario if an error does happen to make sure you capture all data.
