me too. same problem.

You can check Make’s server status here:

Make Server Status

You can also subscribe using your email address to get real time incident and maintenance updates.

:bullseye: What is your goal?

To make it work

 What is the problem?

it wont work

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

new account, new browser

Same here!! Does it apear “opps service temporary unavailable” ?

Same here, I login using Google account, but it keep trying to login but never success.

:bullseye: What is your goal?

To regain access to my account on the US2 zone (us2.make.com). I am currently unable to log in due to a persistent server-side database error that causes an infinite refresh loop

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

When attempting to log in, the page enters an infinite refresh loop. I have already tried:

Clearing all browser cache and site data.

Using Incognito/Private mode.

Testing across different browsers (Chrome, Edge).

Trying to log in with a completely different email address (which also failed with the same error).

This indicates the issue is a regional infrastructure failure on the US2 cluster rather than a local or account-specific problem.

:clipboard: Error messages or input/output bundles

The browser displays a red error notification during the refresh loop: search_phase_execution_exception

In the browser Console (F12), I am seeing repeated failed requests to authentication endpoints with this specific exception.

:link: Share a link to your scenario

I cannot provide a specific scenario link because I am unable to bypass the login screen to access my dashboard. My organization is hosted on the US2 platform.
