Unable to Retrieve Tasks Even After Suggested Changes

Hi Community,

We’re facing an issue where tasks are still not being retrieved, even after following the suggestion from support to comment out the date field. This was part of a previous issue we raised, and we implemented the recommended changes accordingly.

Unfortunately, the problem persists. We have already raised a support ticket as well, but we wanted to check here in case anyone from the community has experienced something similar or has any suggestions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
