Unconsistent output bundle data format to map into an unique data object

Hello, I am using a document reader module (PDF.CO) which generate an unconsistent format. Then I want to iterat this bundle to insert a record into airtable, I have to map all the differents format to mathc the airtable record.

But It creates numerous branch in the scenario, (up to 20), and makes the scenario hard to understand. Is there a way to make it simpler ?
