Unexpected Exceeded Limits

I’m encountering an issue with my dynamic cold caller scenario setup. Despite having the automation configured to trigger only when new rows in my spreadsheet are updated with the label “Not Called,” I discovered that my account exceeded its operations limit overnight. No rows labeled “Not Called” were updated, yet all my available operations were used up, preventing me from running further scenarios.

I suspect this might be due to the one-minute interval setting, which may have caused the automation to refresh and attempt to run without the required updates. I’ve now switched it to run on demand, but I’m concerned about the operations used unintentionally and the impact on my client work.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and restore the operations to my account? Your assistance in identifying the cause and preventing future occurrences would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone work in support for Make.com that can answer this?

Hmm… Anyone still work here at make.com support?

@Michaela I noticed you have previously helped with similar errors and I was wondering if you could help me with this as it rather urgent and unfortunately the support team seems to be inactive. I have already upgraded my make account 2X and can’t upgrade anymore and since I only upgraded because there was no other option to move forward I’d like to downgrade my subscription because as of right now it is not of any use to me because the limits have been reached accidentally because I’m setting up a complex scenario that I messed up the trigger on.
