Update Airtable record without overwriting it?

Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to update a field that already has values (Link to another table) but when I update it, the values already in the field get completely overwritten.

I’m looking for a way to create a scenario that updates the field without erasing the existing values that are already there.

Can anyone help?
