Using AI Agent as a chatbot for (Telegram & WhatsApp)

What is your goal?

Hello, I have build a simple scenario using AI agent module to receive a telegram message, generate a response and send it back as a telegram message to the same channel, I have fed the AI agent with different files and configure the AI agent to use Google Gemini to help him with shaping the reponses and having a conversational memory, you may see the attached screenshots for the AI Agent configuration and the Scenario used
My question is from a business perspective, is there anything that I’m missing to make this ChatBot even better in terms of delivering the best responses to customers, note that I also structured 2 prompts, 1 for the AI Agent and the another for Gemini

What is the problem & what have you tried?

I want help identifying any other additional steps in my scenario to make it even more effecient. I feel like I’m missing something yet couldn’t figure it out

Hey! You could totally toss in a Google Sheets module or a Data Store to make sure the AI remembers what you talked about. But if you tell me a little more about your end goal, I can probably give you even better ideas!
