I would like to set up an automation that emails the customer after we agree (by placing a Y in a certain cell in the row) to the booking they have made.

It mentions adding an add on to Google Sheets itself. If this sheet is shared and used by more than one member of staff does the add on need installed on each PC?
Is it added at cloud level so that if the spreadsheet is amended on the web, it will still trigger?
