Despite diligently searching for a response to this issue, I have been unable to find any explanation for why it is occurring.
In my scenario (see screenshots), I have integrated JotForm with Personio to create a new applicant page based on the JotForm data. One possibility for the Personio module is to map values to custom attributes. However, despite entering the correct custom attribute value, regardless of what I input as the value (whether mapped or otherwise), after pressing “OK”, that value is not saved, and so if I re-open the module, it will not be there.
I have tried creating new scenarios, re-logging in multiple times, and trying it from other computers. Any ideas what is going on?
