Hi @jomy_nn

Although the Runway app looks simple, there’s a few internal components due to the way the Runway API works. It’s possible that there’s some internal errors that aren’t being exposed at the user level.

To take a closer look at this, you can install the Make DevTool in Chrome. This will allow you to peek into the details of the API calls that your scenario is making, and the precise responses.

If you could post the results of the Response Body for the Live Stream, that should give us the insight we need.

@jomy_nn did you find what the error was?

I don’t found the root couse ,but I try anatha job not found this problme, May be the bug only some string to generate video from text.

The most likely reason for failure with Runway generations is in falling foul (rightly or wrongly!) of their content moderation policy.

We’re planning to report Runway failure conditions more clearly in an update to the app very soon.

I had already report to Runway, But not yet get the reply me.

I found this error again.

Ai Image prompts is
“Create a realistic, cinematic image of Drake amidst a chaotic urban wasteland, surrounded by a diverse group of rebels with makeshift weapons, fear and determination on their faces. The sky is filled with dark clouds and lightning, enhancing the mood of conflict.”

I’m pretty sure that would be as a result of their content moderation policy - if you check the link in my earlier reply you’ll see they block generation of any images using public figures.

We’re going to be enhancing the Runway app to provide more detail on failure messages. In the meantime, the only way to be certain is to use the Make DevTool.

Can you check the video with problem?
I will send link to direct message.

Unfortunately not - I don’t have access. Only our tech support team have access to your scenarios, and only then with your approval.

Your quickest route to find the error will be to use the Make DevTool. Alternatively, raise a support ticket from within the Make environment (? icon at the bottom left, then “Contact Support”).
