Vimeo Upload gets Validation failed for 1 parameter(s)

I am downloading a video from a Google Drive successfuly. When sending the data to Vimeo’s Upload a Video module I am getting an error
The operation failed with an error. Validation failed for 1 parameter(s).

I tried with the Map options and still get the same error. I am positive the file name and data being sent is there from module 21. Anyone recently use Vimeo’s Upload a Video module?

Update - I believe this API has a base url change and it broke. I’ll put in a ticket. Attn @Michaela

I ended uploading a video via the http call to Vimeo.
