I encounter this error on my scenario:
The operation failed with an error. 400: You have provided an invalid parameter. Please contact developer of this application. (Refer attachment)

Simple checks:
What format is the recording in?
Do you have enough space on your Vimeo account for the file?

The file format is in MP4 and yes, we have more than enough space for the file. The scenario has been running fine since few months ago until this error came out in sudden.
