I already mapped everything to the right Channel where the messages should be watched.
The Idea is to auto-reply to all new messages once.
I don´t know how to map the reply function to new messages → so Message ID is missing.

After running it - it starts to reply to every message which is already in the channel - how can I limited to just the new once?
You can right click on the first module and choose where to start
Set it From Now On
So you will get only message coming in future
Also, check of the watch messages module allows to set output limit. Set it to 1
