Hello, I’d like to Watch new reviews of my web app on apple and play store, as a trigger in my Make scenario. Is that possible?

Welcome to the Make community. Neither of these store offer a webhook or trigger to watch new reviews. But I believe both stores offer some kind of API to fetch the reviews of an App. You can search for those API’s. On the other hand, I believe as a developer you should get an email whenever you receive a review. You can catch those emails and forward them to Make’s Custom Mailhook.
