Auto respond to new Google Reviews?

I’m currently using the Google My Business Watch Reviews module, set on creation time and entire scenario scheduled for on demand.

However, when a new review is added, nothing happens.

I have to click on “Run once” for the entire scenario to actually work. I thought this would be done automatically based on the “on demand” aspect?

On demand exactly means that – it only runs when you manually click run once.

You’ll want to set the schedule to something other than on demand.
