Howdy!
I’m looking to establish a working relationship with the right person who has experience with webhooks and related integrations.
I run an online marketing agency and primarily work with GoHighLevel (GHL), SearchAtlas, and WordPress-based clients. While I don’t have a full-time position available at the moment, I’m interested in finding someone whose skill set I can plug into ongoing and future projects as needs arise.
Immediate Need:
I’m currently looking for someone who can configure and implement a webhook connection between an online form and Microsoft 365.
If this initial project goes well, I expect there will be additional opportunities to collaborate on similar integrations and automation work.
If you have experience in this area, I’d love to connect and learn more about your capabilities.
Thanks!

Hello @Don_Dulin , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications
Hi, This aligns well with the kind of integrations I handle. I’ve worked with webhook setups across GHL, WordPress, and API-based systems.
For the Microsoft 365 connection, I’d just need a bit of clarity:
What form are you using?
Where in Microsoft 365 should the data go?
Do you prefer direct webhooks or a middleware setup?
Once I understand your setup, I can structure this cleanly and make it scalable for future projects.
Happy to take a look. You can book a call with me here to discuss this further
Hi Don, welcome to the community.
This is very much in line with the kind of integrations I handle. I’ve worked on webhook based connections across GoHighLevel, WordPress and Microsoft 365, especially for lead capture and CRM workflows.
Setting up a stable webhook flow between your form and Microsoft 365 is straightforward, and can be structured in a way that’s reliable and easy to extend for future automations.
Quick question, are you looking to send the form data into Outlook, Excel, or another Microsoft 365 service?
You can also check out some related automation setups here in my website portfolio.
Feel free to DM me and I’d be happy to go through the details with you.
Best regards,

Hi there,
This sounds right up my alley. I work extensively with webhooks, API integrations, and automation systems especially within ecosystems like GoHighLevel, WordPress, and marketing stacks.
I can help you set up a reliable webhook connection between your online form and Microsoft 365, including handling data mapping, validation, and any automation logic needed (e.g., routing, notifications, or storage). I’ve built similar integrations connecting forms to CRMs, email systems, and internal tools, so this would be straightforward to implement.
Beyond this initial setup, I also specialize in building scalable, reusable automation workflows that can support ongoing agency needs as you grow.
Happy to jump in on this project and prove value quickly. Feel free to share more details about the form and your desired outcome.

Looking forward to working together.

Hi there,
I saw your post and I’m definitely the “right person” to plug into your agency’s technical needs. I specialize in building the glue between marketing tools like GoHighLevel and backend systems like Microsoft 365.
Regarding your immediate need: I can quickly set up a robust webhook connection between your forms and M365 (Outlook, Excel, or Teams) using n8n or Make.com. I don’t just “pass data”—I ensure it’s formatted correctly, handles errors, and doesn’t drop leads if a service momentarily goes down.
Why I’m a good fit for your agency long-term:
-
GHL Expert: I know the ins and outs of GoHighLevel (Custom Fields, Workflows, and API limits).
-
Systems Architect: I’m comfortable with WordPress integrations, SearchAtlas data, and custom API logic.
-
Reliability: I build “production-grade” automations with proper logging and retries.
I’m looking for exactly this kind of partnership where I can handle the heavy lifting on your technical integrations as you scale.
