Webhook to Clickup and file attachments

I am trying to use a Webhook to connect an intake form to Clickup.

Everything is working fine except for file attachments.

The default Clickup “Attachments” option is not available when I am mapping fields to Clickup, so I tried a “Files” custom field. It says it’s an “unsupported custom field.”

Has anyone been able to send files through a webhook to Clickup?

Hello @Alex_Macondray,

After creating your task, try using a ClickUp Upload Task Attachment module to upload a file.

You’ll be able to map the Task ID from the previous ClickUp Create a Task module.
