Hiya…does anyone know if you can set-up a website chatbot with Make AI Agents? I have done done with Lyndy before, but I was wondering if I can do this with Make AI agents? If so, how do you do this?
Welcome to the Make community!
AI Agents run on the server-side no matter which service you use, hence they are called “Agents”.
What you need is a frontend web interface that you can embed on your website.
To do this, you can use Chatbase (chatbase.co) to embed an agent as a “chat” on your website.
For more information, see https://www.make.com/en/integrations/chatbase and https://apps.make.com/chatbase
A link to an example of a chatbase chatbot that have been trained on 10,000+ of my forum answers on Make can be found on my forum profile —> @samliew <—
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any further questions or issues. P.S.: investing some effort into the tutorials in the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make!

Thank you very much @samliew ! Much appreciated!
Chatbase has an app/modules that you can access using Make too. For more information, see the corresponding Integrations page and the Help Centre documentation.
No problem, glad I could help you with “Website Chatbot AI Agent with Make”
1. If anyone has a new question in the future, please start a new thread. This makes it easier for others with the same problem to search for the answers to specific questions, and you are more likely to receive help as newer questions are displayed higher on the forum’s “new” page.
2. The Make Community guidelines encourages users to try to mark helpful replies as solutions to help keep the Community organized.
This marks the topic as solved, so that:
- others can save time when catching up with the latest activity here, and
- allows others to quickly jump to the solution if they come across the same problem
To do this, simply click the checkbox at the bottom of the post that answers your question:
3. Don’t forget to like and bookmark this topic so you can get back to it easily in future!
