We’re looking for a Make.com expert who can help us build a complete automation stack around Zoho One + Agentic AI workflows for marketing, lead nurturing, and calling automation.

We’re a branding and marketing agency working across healthcare, education, and professional services. This is a long-term project with multiple automation layers.

Scope of Work:

1. End-to-End Social Media Automation

• Auto-publish content using Zoho Social
• Connect content pipeline (Airtable/Sheets → Social)
• Weekly/monthly performance dashboards

2. Lead Nurturing Automation

• Multi-channel nurture flows using:

  • Zoho Campaigns (email)
  • WhatsApp via Wylto or Twilio API
  • Remarketing triggers via Meta + Google Ads

• Automated workflows based on lead scoring

• Connect content engagement to CRM actions

3. Calling Automation with Agentic AI

• AI-driven calling via Awaaz.ai or similar tools
• Record summaries, tag leads, escalate follow-ups
• Inbound + outbound call logic tied to lead stages

4. Zoho One Integration Required

• Deep integration across:

  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Social
  • Zoho Campaigns
  • Zoho Recruit
  • Zoho Books / Invoices
  • Zoho Forms & Creator (if needed)

• Experience building Agentic AI workflows using ChatGPT or Claude API
• Familiarity with lead lifecycle mapping
• Can work in modular workflows (multi-brand/multi-campaign)
