I made a WhatsApp template that contains an image but I don’t know what to put in Media ID or media URL.
Where do I find the information that I should put there?
The template is not sent because I do not place anything in those fields

You can’t send a media file directly on WhatsApp. Instead, you need to first upload the file to WhatsApp, then retrieve the media ID to map it for sending.
