Connect WAB Account with make in Coexistence

I have already connected in my WAB with Make but it doesnt apears in the dropdown connections. What is happening? It happens to anyone?

It doesnt apears any error but the connection I made it doesnt appears.

Could you please confirm if you have completed the full setup on the Meta Developer Portal?

Also, could you check in your Make Dashboard under the Connections tab whether the WhatsApp Business Account connection you created is visible there or not?

Please clarify these things before trying to create a new connection!

Hi @Digital_Medios

There could be several readings. The most likely reason is that the connection wasn’t successful. To confirm this go back to you make primary menu and click “credentials” check if there’s Whatsapp Business there if not then it wasn’t successful try connecting it again. If it’s there check where there’s an option to verify. Try verifying it.

If none of these fixes the issue check your WhatsApp business cloud account if the token used it connecting your WhatsApp was a temporal token because even pros still make the mistake of generating a token that gets expired.

Can you please share a screenshot of your scenario if you wouldn’t mind?
